At rp77, we believe our loyal players deserve special recognition. Our VIP programme is designed to reward every ringgit you invest — with benefits that grow more valuable as you climb the VIP tiers.
There are four VIP tiers at rp77 – the higher your tier, the greater the benefits you enjoy. Every cent you play brings you closer to the top.
More than just cashback – the rp77 VIP programme offers a playing experience that's genuinely unlike any other.
Rp77 VIP members enjoy significantly higher cashback rates than regular members — up to 10% every week depending on your VIP level. Cashback is credited automatically every Monday.
From Gold tier and above, you will be assigned a personal account manager reachable directly via live chat. They are ready to assist you with anything you need — from deposits to game enquiries.
The higher your VIP tier at rp77, the greater your daily withdrawal limit. Diamond members enjoy unrestricted withdrawal limits – your winnings are processed quickly and seamlessly.
From personalised birthday bonuses to membership anniversary gifts, rp77 always remembers your special occasions. Higher-tier VIP members also receive physical gifts delivered directly to your address.
Rp77 Platinum and Diamond members get access to exclusive VIP live casino tables closed to the general public — with higher wagering limits, dedicated dealers, and a more exclusive, personalised gaming atmosphere.
Rp77 Gold VIP members and above are eligible for invitations to exclusive events held from time to time — including special tournaments, rewards parties, and loyalty programmes not publicly advertised.
Not all online casino VIP programmes are created equal. Some look impressive on paper, but when you actually try to claim the benefits, the process is complicated, the terms are overly strict, or the support is slow. At rp77, we take a different approach — our VIP programme is built with one primary goal: to make sure you feel valued every time you play.
One of the things rp77 VIP members mention most often is just how transparent our system is. You can see exactly how much more you need to play to reach the next tier, how much cashback has accumulated this week, and when it will be credited to your account. No hidden conditions, no unpleasant surprises.
Every wager you place at rp77 – whether at the Live Casino tables, slots, Sports Betting, or bingo – contributes to your VIP points. Point accrual rates vary by game type, with certain games offering point multipliers during special promotions. The system is designed so the more actively you play, the faster you move up the tiers.
Your VIP points are calculated in real time and can be checked at any time via your account dashboard. Once you reach the next tier threshold, your upgrade happens automatically – no need to contact anyone. Your new benefits activate instantly too, with zero waiting time.
When we say "personal account manager", we genuinely mean it. rp77 VIP managers are not just ordinary customer support agents reading from a script — they are trained professionals who know your gaming profile, understand your preferences, and proactively offer suggestions and deals relevant to the way you play.
Your VIP manager is reachable directly via private chat within the rp77 platform, available for more than 16 hours a day. For Diamond members, VIP support is available around the clock, 24 hours a day – because we understand that players at this level play on their own schedule.
Rp77 VIP cashback is calculated based on your net losses for the week. This means if you have an unlucky week, a portion of your losses is returned directly to your account — not as bonus credits with complicated wagering requirements, but as flexible play credits with reasonable terms.
For Silver members, a 3% weekly cashback may seem modest at first – but as you move up to Gold (5%), Platinum (7%), and ultimately Diamond (10%), the difference becomes significant. For active players who play every week, rp77 VIP cashback can return thousands of ringgit each month. That's the real value of being an rp77 VIP member.
As an rp77 VIP member, your account security is our top priority. The rp77 platform uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all data and transactions. VIP accounts are also protected by two-factor authentication (2FA), which can be easily enabled through your account security settings.
The rp77 security team actively monitors VIP account activity and will contact you immediately if any unusual activity is detected. This ensures your funds and personal information remain safe at all times, letting you play with complete peace of mind.
